Prices
Hosting, security, the domain name and backups are included everywhere. The setup fee is $149, once only, on every plan. At launch pricing, renting starts at $99 a month; owning it in a year, at $199; buying outright, at $1,490.
The prices below are our opening prices. They are guaranteed to you for twelve months from your first invoice. In the 13th month your subscription moves to the standard price, shown struck through on each plan — we give you thirty days' written notice. After 30 November 2026, the standard price applies from the first invoice.
Buying outright is not affected : a site paid for once is paid for once. It is its price that goes up after 30 November.

Optional: Google Business listing and local SEO monitoring
Create and update your Google listing, respond to reviews, monitor your position in neighborhood searches. It is a monthly work that continues over time — it is therefore the subject of a distinct service, billed separately.
The questions we are asked
Why make me a site before I asked for it?
Because explaining doesn't convince anyone. See your own online business, with its photos and his name, can be understood in three seconds. If you don't like the result, you ignore the message: there is nothing to pay and nothing to cancel.
Will my site be visible in Google?
Your site is built to be found: title, description, structured data local commerce, clean structure and fast loading. Google can therefore read it and understand — it is included in all formulas. On the other hand, arrive in the first results in your neighborhood is another profession : you must keep the form Update Google Business, respond to reviews, monitor positions, month after month. This work is the subject of a separate option, subject to quotation. We prefer to tell you frankly rather than promising it without doing it.
Who owns the domain name?
Yours, from day one, and in all formulas. It is saved to your name, with your contact details. If you leave us, you keep it. We never hold the commercial identity of our customers. Domain is included up to $29 per year; beyond, the difference is invoiced to you at cost, after your written agreement.
What happens if I want to stop?
One message is enough, and the rental ends at the end of the current month. There is no fixed term. The site is then taken offline: for as long as you rent, it remains ours. Your domain name, however, has been yours since day one and you keep it. If you want to keep the site, you can buy it — $1,490 for one page, whatever the time already rented.
Can I modify my site after it is online?
Yes, always. What changes is how it is billed. With Serenity, your content changes — texts, photos, opening hours, prices — are included: you send a message, it's done. With Autonomy, they are billed at $90 an hour, one hour minimum. Either way, a complete overhaul of the structure is the subject of a separate estimate.
Who writes the texts?
We. From what you actually do — your services, your area, your schedules. You proofread and correct during the ten minute call. We never invent information about your business.
And my photos?
We start from your already public photos. If you have better ones, send them: they will replace the first ones. We never publish photos that you do not own. rights.
Do we need to meet in person?
I work remotely. Everything goes through email or phone, and changes are made the same day.
What does it cost me in total, in the end?
It depends on what you choose.
- Renting has no total: from $99 to $159 a month for one page depending on who handles your changes ($129 to $209 for a multi-page site), plus $149 of setup at the start. You stop whenever you want — and renting never makes the site yours, however long it lasts: you have to buy it. These are the launch prices, guaranteed twelve months; after that, from $149 to $199 a month for one page ($189 to $249 for a multi-page site).
- Owning it costs $199 a month for twelve months ($269 for a multi-page site), plus $149 of setup at the start. In the 12th month you become the full owner: $2,537 in all, with nothing more to pay. The plan runs twelve months: your monthly amount does not move until the end. For a signature after 30 November 2026 it is $249 a month ($319 for a multi-page site), that is $3,137 in all.
- Buying outright costs $1,490 for one page and $1,990 for a multi-page site, plus $149 of setup at the start: $1,639 in all for a one-page site. That price does not move: renting first does not bring it down — that is the trade-off for not paying anything upfront. After 30 November 2026, buying costs $1,790 for one page and $2,290 for a multi-page site.
Once the site is yours, upkeep remains: $69 a month if your changes are billed separately ($90 an hour, one hour minimum), $129 a month if they are included, or nothing at all if you would rather host it yourself. Here too these are the launch prices, guaranteed twelve months; after that $89 and $149 a month — provided you bought outright. If you went through the twelve-month plan, your guarantee ends when the plan does : upkeep starts at those latter amounts.
